how to read this

this page is the operator-facing uptime receipt. grade is a simple bucket from overall participation rate. absence from a cert does not always mean offline: each cert carries the quorum minimum signer set, and low-stake finalizers are less frequently packed in. a healthy small-stake finalizer can show a lower overall rate than a healthy large-stake finalizer purely from structural sampling bias. the trend line and last-seen indicator are the most reliable health signals.
